Make sure you download your Habit Starter Kit!

It contains 3 worksheets:

  • Habit Tracker.  Start with one habit at a time and track it on this sheet for 2 weeks.
  • Progress Recorder.  Track your progress each week for 6 months.  This is incredibly motivating and helpful to your progress.
  • Portion Control Guide:  This guide is helpful if you are not tracking macros or on a meal plan.
